RECENT WORK

This body of work explores portraiture, still life and collage based painting from a feminine perspective. The work is more delicate than my prior work, yet holds onto the hard edge and contrasting colors and values that I am used to. The collage based paintings are on a larger scale and were influence by a day trip to the Museum of Modern Art in NYC where I saw James Rosenquist’s iconic painting F-11.
